How do I redeem a code?
If you’ve been given a code (as a gift or with merch), you’ll need to redeem it to unlock Late Bloomer.
Go to https://watch.sarahmillican.co.uk and click Redeem Code in the main menu.
You’ll be asked to sign in or create an account.
Once you’re logged in, go to My Library. At the bottom of the page you’ll see a box to enter your code.
Enter the code and click Redeem. You’ll be taken to checkout with Late Bloomer already added and your code applied.
Complete checkout and the special will then appear in your Library, ready to watch and download.
I’ve just bought a code. What do I do?
After purchasing a code, you’ll receive an email with the code and instructions.
If you bought the code as a gift, simply copy and pass the code on to the person you’re giving it to. They’ll need to redeem it on the site to unlock the show.
If the code is for you, go to https://watch.sarahmillican.co.uk, click Redeem Code in the main menu, sign in or create an account, and follow the on-screen steps to redeem it.
Once the code has been redeemed and checkout completed, Late Bloomer will appear in your Library ready to watch.
Can I redeem more than one code?
No. You can only redeem one code per account.
Once a code has been redeemed, your account will have access to Late Bloomer. Any additional codes won’t be applied to the same account.
If you’ve been given more than one code, each code will need to be redeemed on a separate account.
I paid with Apple Pay and now I can’t see my order
It might have happened, yes. If you paid using Apple Pay, it quietly created an account for you at the same time. There’s no big “ta-da”, so it’s easy to miss.
Apple Pay also chooses the email address for that account. This is often your Apple ID email address, or sometimes one of those privacy emails that looks like a random string of letters ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
Because of this, it can feel confusing afterwards. You might try signing in with a different email address, or try to create a new account, and end up feeling a bit stuck.
The easiest way to sort it is to check your order confirmation email and see which address it was sent to. That’s the email you’ll need to sign in with. Once you’re logged in using that address, your order should appear in My Library.
Is this a DVD or Blu-Ray?
No. Once purchased you can watch the show via a player on this website. There is also the option to download and watch offline.

Is this a ticket to see Sarah live?
No. You are buying access to watch recordings of Sarah’s live shows.
Can I cast this to my TV?
There is not currently the option to cast to a smart TV or use Apple Airplay but we hope to add that option in the future. But as the show is also available to download if you save the file in iTunes (or on any Apple device) this will allow you to use Airplay to watch the show via any connected device you have enabled.
I bought the show but when I log in to watch my order is not showing.
If you bought the show using Apple Pay but your Apple Pay account uses a different email address to the address used to create your customer account then create a new account with the same email as your Apple Pay account. This should then get you access to your order.

Can I refund my order
Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns on the special once it is purchased and available to download/stream. If you have any queries or concerns about your order, you can reach the team on onlinespecials@chambersmgt.com
What does it mean by 1-year access?
Your purchase allows for a 1-year streaming licence and the ability to download the digital file.
You have one year from the date of purchase to download the digital file, and once downloaded it’s yours to keep.
Streaming is available online through your browser and compatible devices for up to one year from purchase.
Will it spoil the show I’m seeing live in the UK?
As of December 2025 Sarah has finished the live tours of all recorded shows for sale on http://watch.sarahmillican.co.uk
Any purchase will be for recordings of shows that are no longer being performed live.
